Leilani Mullins is a Colorado native, who trained at Otero Junior College Dance in La Junta, Colorado, where she studied the Cecchetti method of ballet, along with varied styles including tap, jazz, contemporary, and modern. Leilani attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where she received a BA in Organizational Communication and a minor in Dance. She continued to grow her dance repertoire through opportunities at UCCS, Colorado College, and Ormao Dance School, along with various classes and workshops across a variety of dance styles. Leilani served as Ballet Instructor at Cornerstreet Dance in Woodland Park, Colorado, and as Artistic Director for Cornerstreet Contemporary Ballet, where she served as choreographer and producer of the experimental ballet production, “Cyclic.” In May of 2019, she graduated with her MA in Counseling and Human Services, and currently serves as a counselor for nontraditional students in Colorado Springs. Leilani is excited to bring her love of dance and the incorporation of wellness and mindfulness to her students!
